NEUTRIVIZIA The Routines

How we write

Our editorial standards.

Who writes these articles, where the numbers come from, and how we make money.

Who writes

Articles are published by Neutrivizia Editorial, the team behind the Neutrivizia Routines — nutrition and training systems built around Indian food, Indian kitchens and Indian hours. We are not doctors or registered dietitians, and nothing here is medical advice.

Where the numbers come from

  • Indian reference first: the ICMR-NIN Dietary Guidelines for Indians (2024) and the Indian Food Composition Tables.
  • Then peer-reviewed research — systematic reviews and meta-analyses over single studies.
  • For a product, its own label. We never type a price, rating or review count; those change.

Every article lists its sources at the end. We use AI tools for research and drafting; every claim is checked against the cited source by a person before it is published.

How we make money

We sell our own Routines. Some articles also link to products on Amazon. We only link to something our own protocols require, never a competing app or coach, and every page with a product link says so at the top. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. A commission never decides what we recommend — several articles tell you that you do not need to buy anything.

What we will not write

We do not promise to cure, treat or reverse any disease, and we do not publish content that promotes skin whitening. If you are pregnant, take medication or manage a condition, check with a qualified doctor before changing your diet, training or supplements.
